Roger is the founder CEO of The
Winner’s Circle. Roger is also
the founder of Real Estate Web Academy www.RealEstateWebAcademy.com,
an educational and social networking community of tens of thousands of Real
Estate investors.
Prior to getting involved in Real
Estate investing, Roger served as a professional speaker and trainer with the
world renowned motivational speaker and peak performance coach Anthony Robbins.
He has delivered over 3700 professional talks to various corporations,
non-profit organizations and educational institutions in North America, Europe
and Asia.
Roger Salam is co-author of two
books on Marketing and “Secrets of the Real Estate Millionaires” and “The Greatest Success Principle: Mastermind” due out
soon. He’s a graduate of UCLA, married to his high school sweetheart and
has three lovely daughters. He is most passionate about sharing knowledge
and empowering people to reach financial freedom and higher levels of
performance & success!

Deon
Gibson
Deon is the in-house webmaster.
He’s a commercial artist specializing in web development, web design &
computer graphics. He has over 8 years experience in the fields of web and
graphic design. Deon received his Associates Degree program in web and graphic
design from Remington College. He was the “Blue Ribbon” Winner of 7
design competitions held by Remington College. Volunteered at Youth With
a Vision After School Program for 1 year teaching inner city kids web
and graphic design and he’s the founder of Renmedia.net
